Learn how to make healthy Jwari Bhakri or Sorghum Flatbread recipe only on Variety Vantalu.<br /><br />This traditional Bhakri or Indian Flat Bread is made of jowar and is one of the healthiest sources of nutrition.<br /><br />Try this healthy Bhakri recipe at home and let us know in the comments below.<br /><br />Ingredients:-<br />2 cups Jowar/Sorghum Flour<br />Warm Water<br /><br />Method:-<br />- In a plate add Jowar flour, warm water and knead it into a dough.<br />The dough should be soft.<br />- Take a portion of the dough and make a ball.<br />- Dust dry flour over rolling board and start to pat it to flatten it in to round bread or bhakri or you can even do it with the help of a rolling pin. <br />- Place the bhakri on a hot pan and spread some water on it.<br />- Keep the gas on high flame and when the water evaporates, turn it on the other side.<br />- Now put the pan away and lift the bhakri using tong and roast it on direct gas heat from both the sides.<br />
